Our Lodge also hosts 2 fully equipped conference / function venues. The main room can seat between 32-92 delegates, and leads out onto a manicured garden. The room has 2 en-suite toilets, a smaller break-away / tea room and is fully air-conditioned. The second conference room is also airconditioned and seats between 22-50 delegates.

Whether you are hosting an exclusive board meeting, product launch, training seminar or gala dinner, our professional, versatile and stylish venue should be your place of choice.

For a conference with a difference, try our uniquely African Braai option with good old SA steaks, wors and other succulent meats grilled to perfection on our open braai and accompanied by truly traditional pap and gravy and garden fresh salads. Half Day Package

Includes:

  • Up to 5 Hours of conferencing (e.g. 7:30 - 12:30)
  • Fresh fruit juice, tea and coffee on arrival
  • Mid-morning tea, coffee & pastries

  • Fruit juice, water & mints
  • Secure Parking
  • Breakfast or Lunch (one of which can be added at an additional cost should it be required)

Full Day Package

Includes:

  • Up to 9 hours of conferencing (e.g. 7:30 - 16:30)
  • Fresh fruit juice, tea and coffee on arrival
  • Mid-morning tea, coffee & pastries
  • Lunch (served buffet style in our A-la-carte Restaurant - see menu options)
  • Afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits
  • Venue
  • Standard Conference Equipment
  • Fruit juice, water & mints
  • Secure Parking
  • Breakfast and dinner can be added at an additional cost should it be required

Full Day with Accommodation Package

Includes:

  • Up to 9 hours of conferencing (e.g. 7:30 - 16:30)
  • Accommodation (single or sharing)
  • Fresh fruit juice, tea and coffee on arrival
  • Mid-morning tea, coffee & pastries
  • Lunch (served buffet style in our A-la-carte Restaurant - see menu options)
  • Afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits
